Since our founding, we’ve been a national, remote team. Well before Zoom made its appearance, we were working through virtual conferencing systems. Borders and time zones have never stopped us from building trust and community, nor has it hindered us from co-creating.
Our team has grown from a fully volunteer team to 8 staff, 8 board members, and 15 trainers and volunteers across the country. We live and work in our local communities, and also visit and co-build with communities that we are invited into.
